At Meditrust Diagnostic Center, we aim to provide a hassle-free experience with our easy online booking options, available for both pre-paid and Cash On Delivery (COD) payments. After booking, our customer care executive will contact you to confirm the appointment details, including the slot, tests, and technician information. You can reschedule your appointment by contacting our support center between 07:00 – 22:00 hours.
In the event of non-availability of a service or your preferred time slot, you may cancel the appointment via our website or contact center. Cancellations can be made up to three (3) hours before the scheduled sample collection. Please note that once the sample has been collected, the order cannot be canceled.
For successfully Cancelled Prepaid Order, refunds will be processed offline and will be issued within 7 to 10 working days from the date of cancellation. Refunds are not available for COD orders.
