1. General Overview

Meditrust Diagnostic Center provides services through its app and website, subject to these terms and conditions of Meditrust, along with the privacy policy.

2. Eligibility Criteria
  • Must be at least 18 years old, or under parental supervision if younger.
  • Minors can transact through their parents or legal guardians who are registered users.
  • Must be legally competent to contract and receive services.
  • Must not have been previously suspended or disqualified by Meditrust.
  • MEDITRUST reserves the right to terminate membership if a user is under 18 years old.
  • Individual registration IDs are for single use only; sharing is prohibited.
  • Meditrust reserves the right to refuse access or terminate users without assigning reasons.
  • Organizations, companies, and businesses cannot register as users.
  • Users agree to create only one account, provide accurate information, and maintain the account.
  • Security, and accept responsibility for account activities.
  • Meditrust reserves the right to suspend users temporarily or permanently while investigating complaints or violations.
3. Our Services

    3. Book appointments for diagnostic tests and packages offered by Meditrust Diagnostics on the platform. Schedule tests at Meditrust Diagnostics centers or opt for home sample pickup.

4. Your Use of the platform
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the medical and personal information provided on the platform.
  • Advice provided by HSPs depends on the information you provide; accuracy is crucial for receiving appropriate services.
  • You're accountable for all platform access and usage using your assigned password and identification.
  • Information provided may be used for service purposes, including analysis and disclosure, as per our privacy policy.
  • Provided information may be retained and used anonymously, as outlined in our privacy policy.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate accounts if violations of applicable laws or these terms and conditions of Meditrust occur.
5. Scope of Services
  • Services provided by HSPs via the platform are between you and the selected HSP. The platform merely facilitates connections and holds no responsibility for outcomes of consultations or services.
  • We are not liable for deficiencies in services, misdiagnoses, adverse events, or the efficacy of prescribed treatments. Users must use discretion following advice obtained from HSPs.
  • Connections between you and HSPs are facilitated through the platform; contacting HSPs outside the platform is not encouraged and is subject to these terms and conditions.
  • We are not responsible for products or services obtained from other websites or apps linked through the platform. Users visiting such external sites do so at their own risk.
  • Content on the platform is for availing services only and must not be modified, reproduced, or used for public or commercial purposes without permission.
6. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Meditrust, its affiliates, and any Meditrust group companies, the concerned HSP, representatives, and each of their respective directors, officers, or employees for any losses, costs, charges, and expenses, including reasonable attorney fees, that they may suffer on account of:

  • A deficiency or gap in services; a misdiagnosis; a poor judgment; an interpretation error; or a perception error resulting from your inability to promptly and clinically appropriately offer accurate and/or comprehensive clinical information/history about the patient.
  • Inaccurate or wrong credit/debit card information that you have submitted.
  • Making use of a debit or credit card that you do not legally hold.
  • Permitting someone else to access your account using your password or another method.
7. Limitation of Liability

By using our services, you confirm that you understand and agree to the following:

  • The services availed by you from an HSP via the platform are provided to you by the HSP you select, and not by MEDITRUST.
  • The platform only facilitates communications between you and the HSP and as such MEDITRUST bears no responsibility for the quality and outcome of any such services obtained by you from the respective HSP.
  • MEDITRUST itself does not provide any medical consultation or diagnostic services.
  • To the extent permitted by applicable law, MEDITRUST will not be liable to you for any special, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, reliance, or exemplary damages arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions, your use or inability to use the platform, your use of the AI assistant, or your use of any third-party services including services provided by any HSP you contacted through the platform.
8. Data & Information Policy

Regarding any personal information you submit to us in order to use our services, we respect your right to privacy. To see how we collect and use your personal information, please see our privacy policy

  • Account Deletion:

    • Users have the right to delete their Meditrust account and personal information at any time. Meditrust will delete the user's data within 45 days of the account deletion request. Except in the event that a specific user requests that their account be reactivated, deleted data cannot be recovered.

9. Intellectual Property and Ownership
  • All Confidential Information, including the inherent intellectual properties (“IP”) developed by Meditrust or its affiliates or by third parties under contract to Meditrust, remains the sole and exclusive property of Meditrust.
  • You undertake not to disable, evade, or otherwise tamper with the platform's security mechanisms, or with any features that restrict or prohibit the use or duplication of any materials, or that impose usage restrictions on the platform or its contents.

      4. This agreement is subject to termination by us at any time, for any reason. By stopping your access to or usage of this platform, you may also end this agreement. Relevant Statutes, Authority, and Conflict Settlement: The regulations that apply in India will regulate how you use our platform.

  2. Applicable Laws, Jurisdiction, and Dispute Resolution:

    3. The regulations that apply in India will regulate how you use our platform. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Chennai, India. Disputes will first be attempted to be resolved through conciliation and negotiation, failing which they may be referred for arbitration under the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
